Additional Compensation Details: $92,600.00 - $129,600.00 annually Dependent on Experience and Location of Role Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure Job Description The Role:Senior Network Administrator Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator with a proven track record of managing and optimizing enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a dynamic IT environment, with expertise in HP and Cisco networking technologies, SD-WAN solutions, WAN circuits, and network monitoring tools. This role requires a proactive individual who can design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot complex networks while ensuring high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited To: Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy enterprise networks, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions. Implement and maintain networking equipment from HP and Cisco. Network Administration: Monitor and maintain WAN circuits, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Oversee the foundational management of the enterprise network, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations. Administer and optimize network monitoring systems to identify and resolve issues proactively. Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Manage network bandwidth and ensure optimal utilization across all systems. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex network issues quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to address technical challenges. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and policies. Ensure the network complies with organizational security policies and industry standards. Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities. Additional Tasks/Duties as they are assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration, with hands-on experience in HP and Cisco technologies. Strong understanding of SD-WAN technologies, WAN circuits, and enterprise network architecture. Proficiency in configuring and managing routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and Layer 2/Layer 3 switching. Exp
