Zillow, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Content Design for its Seattle, Washington office.
Job Duties: Manage a team of five, content designers and lead content design activities across Growth and Shopping, as well as Integrated Experience (fka ZIBS). Develop positive relationships with partners, provide mentorship to content designers, and work with product teams to elevate quality of content. Advocate for content quality and inclusive language throughout the product design and development process. Help content designers define customer problems, develop compelling content strategies, and get support for their proposals. Evaluate content designers' work and provide guidance and mentorship to develop skills as well as define scope, timelines, resources, and prioritization for the team's projects. Telecommuting permitted.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Editing, or a related field. Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in: Developing product content strategies; A/B testing; UX writing; usability testing; developing inclusive content standards.
