Do you want to help Brand Owners build better brands while ensuring the best possible customer experience within the Amazon Store? Do you have the ability to use data and customer research to develop and optimize marketing channels and create scalable solutions that help Brands stand out to Customers and build brand equity?
The Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader to drive our digital channel marketing strategy and marketing automation initiatives. This role will spearhead the optimization of existing channels while identifying new opportunities to reach Brands more effectively, requiring deep analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will partner across global teams to develop breakthrough marketing strategies and campaigns, while building rigorous measurement frameworks to demonstrate impact. You'll own the end-to-end development of marketing automation solutions, collaborating with tech teams to define requirements and launch new use cases that drive Brand success on Amazon. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities

Lead marketing channel strategy and forecasting, and responsible for campaign delivery and optimization
Work cross-functionally with business analyst and product marketing teams to synthesize complex data into actionable insights that will inform multi-channel campaign strategies
Drive partnership with cross-functional teams to create marketing initiatives for Brand Owners
Measure cross-channel marketing attribution and performance through the audit of channel KPIs and their impact on business goals (both input level and output level)
Establish marketing channel insight sharing mechanism to drive decision making and program optimization
Lead the development of scaled, user-friendly reports and dashboards
Own campaign testing and experimentation roadmap

The Brand Experience (BX) organization creates, builds and leads innovation for Brand Owners in the Amazon store. Our growing portfolio of BX tools enable brands to grow their brand awareness, improve their consideration, increase their conversion, and build brand loyalty. Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling digital marketing programs
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
5+ years experience managing product marketing and digital marketing campaigns
Demonstrates knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Demonstrated success in data intensive quantitative analysis and recommendations; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up program recommendations and results
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional email marketing programs
Demonsrates high attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
