ManpowerGroup Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer in Seattle, Washington
Our client, a leader in e-commerce and technology, is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer III to join their team. As a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer III, you will be part of the analytics team supporting the Company's innovative initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $63 per hour on Experis W2
*Not open to C2C engagement.
What's the Job?
Evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content based on customer response, use, conversion, and retention.
Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments to inform business strategies.
Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health to track effectiveness.
Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of customer behavior.
Employ data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to capture important trends in the customer base.
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience in statistical analysis.
Experience in Tableau, QuickSight, and data visualizations
Background in statistics, programming, and marketing is highly desirable.
Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with both engineers and business leaders.
