Description
We are looking for a high caliber Senior Business Development Manager to lead the evolution of Amazon's Trade-In experience across multiple GLs and build programmatic foundations. It is an exciting opportunity that requires someone who can deliver results. They will be focused on driving the execution, program set up and profitability of Trade-In across Consumer Electronics. This role is high profile and a successful candidate will need to earn trust and influence retail stakeholders and external vendors. Leadership presence, ability to write, and crisp communication is required.

This Sr. BDM will own the following:
1) Partner with Product Mgmt. to drive the implementation of an enhanced Trade-In experience across CE,
2) Create and deliver input and output goals across product categories GLs delivering a profitable P&L,
3) Own collection of customer and partner insights, enabling ongoing development of Amazon's Trade-In customer experience,
4) Vendor Negotiations with large strategic partners,
5) Lead communication across stakeholder teams and vendors, as well as with internal groups to deliver a better customer experience,
6) Leverage and sharing industry trends that are relevant to customer selection and experience,
7) Work closely with Operations team to continually assess and drive operational efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional or military experience
Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
