Participate in all stages of development, including engineering and design crits, code reviews, and user testing, to ensure we build something that truly delights our users. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 5+ years of experience in programming languages (Typescript/Javascript, React, C++, Python, Java, Objective-C, Go, or Rust) Proven track record of shipping user-facing features or products that have made significant impact. Ability to independently collaborate across functions, including PM, design, marketing, and other engineering teams. Experience with the full development lifecycle, from concept to launch, including go-to-market strategies. A passion for mentoring and elevating the technical skills of your peers. While not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Experience working with complex data models and applications that require dynamic, user-facing content delivery at scale. Experience leading development on large-scale web applications or native applications. Familiarity with product design and the user research process, and the ability to engage with these functions to do your best work. Demonstrated fluency in React, C++ and WebGL.
