Electronic Arts, Inc. Site Reliability Engineer in Seattle, Washington
Site Reliability Engineer, Electronic ARTS, Inc., Seattle, WA. Create monitoring, alerting and dashboarding solutions that improve visibility into application performance and business metrics. Design CI/CD pipelines to automate operational tasks and build new capabilities. Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters/resources in Azure, AWS, and Google cloud platforms in production setting. Work on Kubernetes cluster deployments in Cloud fabric. Work with partners to onboard and support their infrastructure in Kubernetes on different cloud providers. Automate, optimize, and drive efficiency of effort, code, and process. Write Chef cookbooks and recipes to automate the deployment process and to integrate Chef Cookbooks into GitLab for a continuous delivery framework. Collaborate with Title teams on launch readiness and support. Work with other Service Lines to troubleshoot new Title launch issues. Resolve complex technical issues and driving innovations that improve system availability, resilience, and performance. Work with 24/7 support team and other services lines to troubleshoot issues related to server infrastructure. Identify improvements in availability and performance of different environments supported by systems engineering team. Telecommuting permitted. (E2-166147)
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary Range From $128,502 to $174,700.

* MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or in a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
Position requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills:
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
- CI/CD pipeline builds and maintenance;
- Python or Bash;
- Linux;
- Kubernetes;
- Chef;
- GitLab; and
- IaaS.
