Nordstrom, Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager in Seattle, WA.
Duties: Develop operational project planning with internal partner groups and identify critical project milestones. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Manage full project lifecycle (Planning, requirements, scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, testing, quality, deploy, measurement, changes) for cross-functional, company-wide initiatives. Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with business and senior leadership partners. Understand, analyze, and act on key performance indicators to continually improve customer experiences. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Organize and communicate complex information to wide audiences clearly and simply to drive actions. Define, implement, and improve processes and workflow for operational efficiency. May lead or supervise junior team members.

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Digital Innovation, or related quantitative field (or foreign equivalent) plus 3 years of experience. Must possess any academic training and/or experience in each of the following: Defining product requirements for digital experiences; Establishing product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); OKRs root cause analysis JIRA; Software feature development; A/B testing; Stakeholder management and; Software development principles.
