What We Do First American Trust technology teams create innovative banking solutions for the real estate industry. As a Product Analyst, you will participate on an agile team to create new product offerings for our customers, analyze issues reported by business users, define associated problem statements, make recommendations, and evaluate proposed solutions. Working closely with your Product Owner, you will deliver new and enhanced capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will perform and support knowledge sharing on value-add solutions, enabling business colleagues to fully utilize system capabilities, meet the changing needs of our clients and enable growth of our client base. In this hybrid-remote role, you may be required to travel to our headquarters location. You will contribute your business & systems analyst skills and experience to enhance the capabilities of in-house developed and SaaS products. Your strong client focus and agile mindset will help you to deliver on these key responsibilities: Build strong relationships with internal partners (such as Product Portfolio Management, Product Delivery Teams, Client Support and Operations, Compliance/Risk, Information Security, etc.) Review and understand internally developed and SaaS products, configurations, customizations and release notes Elicit and capture business requirements and usage patterns to discern system impacts Document and map current and future state business processes, data flows, systems integrations and other relevant visual diagrams to aid in collaboration Notify partner teams of impacts related to product releases and routine maintenance activity Work in a team to create and deliver functional user stories (specifications) based on architecture/design/business processes Determine top use cases and platform synergies to drive continuous delivery of value Manage implementation of product updates and maintain related application configurations Manage work items within the product backlogs, collaborating with SaaS partners and in-house teammates on delivery Perform quality assurance to ascertain compliance to requirements Train and assist the internal partners and the end user community with acceptance testing and production readiness Work with internal teams on completing internal and external audit requests What You'll Bring Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or business discipline, or related field 4-7 years of technology experience in a business systems analyst or similar function in the Financial Services sector Craves knowledge and enjoys learning new skills Enjoys planning, organizing, collaborating with team members, sharing skills, and learning from others Working knowledge of Azure Fundamentals (or AZ-900 certification) General understanding of commercial banking and sub-accounting concepts Technical experience impl
