Business Unit Introduction Engineering and Program Management (now Enterprise Engineering): This role is part of Enterprise Engineering (EE), where we provide technical standards, tools, processes, training, and subject matter expertise for product engineering and manufacturing. EE allows all Blue Origin business units to benefit from commonly used capabilities, hardware, and software and assists business units in identifying, selecting, and training engineers from both inside and outside the organization. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists and engineers, you will collaborate with a company-wide multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver a comprehensive library of proven Avionics hardware circuit solutions. As part of the hardworking and diverse Avionics team, you will design, develop, and verify high-performance avionics' circuits for various flight vehicles. You will be integrated with technical leads across Blue to drive requirements definition, modeling, analysis, design, test and production release of on-vehicle launch, flight and power management components and sub-systems. Your technical impact will span electronic requirements, architecture concepts, detailed design and analysis, development, and test. In addition, you will follow avionics designs that employ these circuits through formal verification, environmental qualification, and release. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field 15+ proven years' experience in the design of complex hardware expertise in one or more of the following areas:* High-speed digital, analog, and/or mixed-signal circuit design, build, and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of EE principles* Circuit analysis and simulation, such as worst-case circuit analysis, signal/power integrity analysis, and logic and circuit (SPICE) simulation* Experience in grounding and general board layout principles, including EMI/EMC tradeoffs* Battery-based power systems, including power management, power switching, charging, and battery safety* Computer command and I/O control for sophisticated industrial systems or vehicles* RF communication subsystem and/or c
