RBC Senior Administrative Assistant in Seattle, Washington

Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Join RBC Wealth Management's Private Client Group and be an integral member of our team by providing effective and efficient administrative support to theComplex Director. You will handle confidential information with discretion, follow our high company standards, meet regulatory requirements, and think and plan ahead to determine and meet leader's needs. What will you do? Maintain business calendars and schedules Coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements Manage pipelines and coordinate marketing efforts for recruiting Financial Advisors along with Branch Directors and Assistant Complex Manager Perform Client Associate duties on as-needed basis Plan on-site and off-site marketing events by creating documents and agenda, and handling all logistics Answer telephone calls and emails, prepare and distribute letters and memos, update mailing lists, maintain office supplies, and process and submit expense reports Act as a resource for Branch Directors and all complex employees Provide IT support and order all necessary upgrades for entire complex staff What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3+ years of administrative experience preferably supporting a senior manager Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite Advanced written and verbal communication skills Excellent people and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently uses good judgment Nice-to-have Bachelor's degree Experience working in the financial services industry What's in it for you?
