Your Role

The Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist supports Customers, external & internal, by providing helpful information, solutions, answering questions and responding timely and effectively, to the Customer’s requests & concerns. They are the Customer advocate towards the US Operational Care Center and overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that Customers are satisfied with the Products & Services provided and their Customer Promise is fulfilled.

Your Responsibilities

  • CustomerCare and Satisfaction: Proactive advice and consultancy, ensuring Customersatisfaction

  • ShipmentManagement Qualification and entry of Customer orders into Operational process

  • ComplaintManagement

  • SupportCustomer Development & Maintenance

  • Close cooperationwith Branch & Area management as well as Sea Logistics operations (OCC) foran enhanced customerexperience

  • ProfitMaximization – avoid additional costs & expenses due to internal servicefailure

  • FinancialExcellence & Development

  • QuotationManagement: Qualification of Customer inquiries, provide KN quotations andupdates, set final selling price with individual adjustments within the givenprice band and in-line with the national leeway in decision-making (front-lineEmpowerment)

  • Familiarizationwith KN Products & systems, i.e. Customer myKN, KN Login/ESP, CoreLOG

  • Customeronboarding: Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into KN systems(Business & Customer profile)

  • CustomerData Management: Maintenance and integration of customer data in the KN Systems

  • CustomerRelationship Management: Knowledge Exchange with Sales

  • Establishingand building Customer relationships (Sales support)

  • Reporting(refining and reviewing Customer requested reports generated from KN Systems)

  • Care& Follow up on first orders & document Customer Feedback

  • Activelyparticipate in regular KN Team community based activities

  • Self-Development

  • Have fun & stay engaged

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High School Degree / Diploma

  • Bachelors/First University Degree: Supply Chain Management (Preferred)

  • BU / FU: Sea Logistics 0-2 years Preferred

  • Customer Service 0-2 years

  • Industry 0-2 years Preferred

  • Analytical& Organizing skills

  • Communication& conflict resolution skills

  • DecisionMaking & Problem solving skills

  • TimeManagement

  • English Fluent
