Your Role
The Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist supports Customers, external & internal, by providing helpful information, solutions, answering questions and responding timely and effectively, to the Customer’s requests & concerns. They are the Customer advocate towards the US Operational Care Center and overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that Customers are satisfied with the Products & Services provided and their Customer Promise is fulfilled.
Your Responsibilities
CustomerCare and Satisfaction: Proactive advice and consultancy, ensuring Customersatisfaction
ShipmentManagement Qualification and entry of Customer orders into Operational process
ComplaintManagement
SupportCustomer Development & Maintenance
Close cooperationwith Branch & Area management as well as Sea Logistics operations (OCC) foran enhanced customerexperience
ProfitMaximization – avoid additional costs & expenses due to internal servicefailure
FinancialExcellence & Development
QuotationManagement: Qualification of Customer inquiries, provide KN quotations andupdates, set final selling price with individual adjustments within the givenprice band and in-line with the national leeway in decision-making (front-lineEmpowerment)
Familiarizationwith KN Products & systems, i.e. Customer myKN, KN Login/ESP, CoreLOG
Customeronboarding: Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into KN systems(Business & Customer profile)
CustomerData Management: Maintenance and integration of customer data in the KN Systems
CustomerRelationship Management: Knowledge Exchange with Sales
Establishingand building Customer relationships (Sales support)
Reporting(refining and reviewing Customer requested reports generated from KN Systems)
Care& Follow up on first orders & document Customer Feedback
Activelyparticipate in regular KN Team community based activities

Your Skills and Experiences
High School Degree / Diploma
Bachelors/First University Degree: Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
BU / FU: Sea Logistics 0-2 years Preferred
Customer Service 0-2 years
Industry 0-2 years Preferred
Analytical& Organizing skills
Communication& conflict resolution skills
DecisionMaking & Problem solving skills
TimeManagement
English Fluent
