You are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
Use your Payroll Transformation knowledge and SuccessFactors technical expertise to decipher clients’ transformation needs
Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SuccessFactors to build state-of-the-art Payroll solutions, supporting sales pursuits and opportunity development of solutions powered by SuccessFactors
Lead delivery of stand-out payroll solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture continue to be the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
Help the continued growth of Accenture’s SuccessFactors practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts for Payroll opportunities
Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SuccessFactors practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in payroll transformation
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll
Minimum of 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture
Experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings
Experience managing a team(s) in a Global Delivery model
Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
Certified in SuccessFactors EC Payroll
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
