Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a team of SAP experts, providing direction, guidance, and support

  • Be accountable for technical and functional leadership, future-proof architecture, and meeting quality standards

  • Provide technical expertise and architecture guidance in SAP configuration, customization, and integration

  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the SAP Team

  • Foster collaboration between SAP consulting and engineering teams, and other departments

  • Communicate business values of SAP solutions and demonstrate how the design and system architecture will contribute to the achievement of business goals

  • Prepare estimations for project time frames and budgets, resource quantities, and quality attributes

  • Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work for SAP projects

  • Work with the Architects and Project/Delivery Management teams to analyze, design, build, test, and efficiently implement SAP solutions

  • Handle customer expectations, relationships, and issues in collaboration with account managers throughout the projects

  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy regulations in all SAP project activities

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in SAP consulting and engineering with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, and SAP DSC implementations

  • Successful track record of managing SAP teams and delivering complex projects

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP product portfolio, architecture, configuration, integration, and customization

  • Comfortable working with agile methodologies and project management practices

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Passion for staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends

  • Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions

  • Exposure to the sales process cycle, account, and go-to-market planning in IT services

  • Deep expertise in various SAP product capabilities, methodologies and technologies, such as

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $95K - $170K.
