Job Title: Manufacturing Customer Support Specialist
Pay: $35-40/hr - based on experience
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our internal prototyping services team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will champion successful outcomes for our customers. Your strong customer obsession, organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and product knowledge in the manufacturing space will be essential in providing exceptional support to our internal customers.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to internal customers.
Articulate technical information clearly to internal customers and the customer success team.
Manage multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail and time management.
Maintain a customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Collaborate closely with multiple teams to achieve common goals.
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Identify and resolve issues proactively and efficiently.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, and industry terminology.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Familiarity with digital manufacturing execution systems.
