Restoration Technician

$30- $40/HR

Monday- Friday + rotating on call schedule

Job Description

Candidates will be working on a team that covers Western Washington operations for restoration projects on residential, commercial, and other types of spaces. They will be involved in all aspects of the process.

Responsibilities

• Work on restoration projects for residential, commercial, and other types of spaces.

• Participate in all phases of the reconstruction process, from start to finish.

• Perform tasks such as demolition, framing, siding, and finish carpentry.

• Utilize power tools and basic hand tools effectively.

• Ensure all restoration and remediation tasks are completed to a high standard.

Essential Skills

• 3-7 years of experience as a restoration carpenter.

• Proficiency in using power tools and basic hand tools.

• Skills in demolition, framing, siding, and finish carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Own basic hand power tools.

• Valid Drivers License

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
