This recruitment offers a $10,000.00 Recruitment Incentive for eligible positions and eligible new employees joining UW Medicine #UWMRecruitmentIncentive UW Medical Center – Northwest has an opportunity for a Experienced Registered Nurse who is interested in working at our Childbirth Center. Who has experiences in L&D, Postpartum or a Level II or higher Nursery/NICU.

Some of what our nurses do:

  • The autonomy to practice to highest level of license.

  • Assist in the labor and delivery process

  • Administration of medication, including epidurals.

  • Help mother and baby in baby’s first breastfeeding

  • Assist in mother and baby couplet care. Schedule 36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts. Requirements

  • Two or more years in as an L&D, Postpartum or Level II or higher Nursey/NICU

  • Have/Obtain a RN license to practice in Washington state or MSL.

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
