Job Title: Recruiter I (University Recruiting)Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to support specialized hiring for the University Talent Acquisition team. This role involves working with specific business groups including devices, services, and entertainment. The ideal candidate will partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs, attract and assess students for niche roles, manage candidate and campus information, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs.

  • Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across the company.

  • Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business review metrics and status updates to customers and stakeholders.

  • Manage end-to-end process administration including headcount-related administrative tasks, requisition creation, sourcing, assessment, securing interviewers, and providing hiring updates to key stakeholders.

  • Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots and process improvement projects.

Essential Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Experience in ad hoc reporting and project coordination.

  • Ability to arrange interviews effectively.

  • Proven experience in candidate generation and sourcing.

  • College recruiting experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize against customer targets and manage candidates within tight timelines.

  • Demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results.

  • Ability to remain calm in times of high volume and ambiguity.

  • Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition.

Work Environment

This role requires working 5 days a week in the office located in Seattle (South Lake Union). This is a great opportunity to gain additional talent acquisition experience within a large corporate environment supporting multiple business lanes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00
