1 Promotions & Community Coordinator Position Description CostQuest is looking for a Promotions and Community Coordinator to work across our Marketing and Client Relations' Teams. This role will coordinate, schedule, assign tasks, track, and report progress on projects related to CostQuest's promotional efforts for business development. This role will also help coordinate and work on administrative tasks related to serving our client community. We are looking for candidates who are extremely organized, detail oriented, and have experience with project coordination. We are also looking for candidates with excellent external (outside of the company) and internal (inside the company) stakeholder communication skills, with an interest in helping with tasks that work to provide quality engagement with our client community. For the marketing portion of this role, the ideal candidate will: Reach out to external stakeholders to inquire, schedule, manage timelines, report project needs, assign project tasks to necessary parties, track, and report progress related to each promotional project. Promotional projects include digital advertising with telecom industry websites, event marketing (sponsorships, tradeshows/exhibit, hosted event logistics), email marketing/newsletters, webinars, in-person speaking opportunities, promotional items, Google Ads, etc. Schedule, manage timelines, assign project tasks to necessary parties, track, and report progress related to internal promotional projects (ex. internal email campaigns, webinars, etc.). CostQuest's Marketing Manager will outline the promotional projects to implement and with whom. For the client relations portion of this Customer Support Associate role, the ideal candidate will: Support customer engagement activities such as: Assist the Customer Relations Manager with Monitoring CostQuest's Customer Help Center and responding to Tier 1 requests as they are reported. Working with Fabric Fulfillment Team on monitoring the response time on Tier 2 support questions. Updating CostQuest's Customer Help Center community platform with support materials as needed and monitoring / responding to comments that are posted by clients. Assist the Sales Team will data product fulfillment and refresh tasks as needed. Sending Holiday gifts to clients Other client support tasks as directed. To start this role will be working on marketing tasks roughly 70% of the time and 30% with client relations. Position Requirements: Minimum 1-year experience in the fields of marketing, sales, project management, customer/public service, or communications Minimum 1-year project management experience, including project scheduling, managing, and tracking Education: BA/BS or equivalent required, PMP certification preferred, but not required Required Skills: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking among competing projects and priorities Independent worker and self-starter Excellent external and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent at scheduling projects, managing timelines, and coordinating project needs Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work well in a team environment Preferred Skills: Experience working on promotional marketing tasks such as advertising and event marketing Proficiency with scheduling and project tracking tools - (Hive is preferred) Enjoys talking with people in business social envi
