Program Manager for Data & AI Skilling Events Manage end to end process for each skilling event: * Produce and manage high level timeline for each skilling event * Own communication for each event * Meeting recaps * Weekly progress * Changes and updates to event * Create and manage high level ppt walking deck for each skilling event * Create and manage event meetings (daily, weekly, & monthly) o Planning meetings with v-team members o Agenda review meetings with v-team member, & key stakeholders o Content review meetings with speakers/presenter and SME o Key stakeholders & LT review meetings o Final dry run review meetings with each speaker/presenter * Create and manage skilling event Invite * Moderation for each skilling event o Post event management Speaker management Create invites Create and manage post event feedback During event management Recording of each event has started Manage chat Capture action items o Post event: Manage recording, including editing and archiving Create and distribute event summary * Create, manage, and update skilling event SharePoint sites o Manage sites with updates and access including Cloud Academy (CA) Training Portal Site * Relationship building with key stakeholders, SMEs, etc Skills Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Attention to detail Able to handle working with a WW audience Able to work with an intense work environment - there are a lot of events Adaptable - need to be able to work the way the client and team works.
