Responsibilities The responsibilities for the position include: Create and monitor project work plans in the space of Federal contracting health services research, which includes agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) among others. Create and monitor budget estimates, scopes, schedules for requirements definition, design, development, QA and implementation. Establish quality and performance standards, review work products to ensure quality and consistency of content. Assign and monitor resources to optimally utilize project resources and maximize deliverables. Maintain relationships with internal and client stakeholders, serving as a point of contact on project status. Manage the change request process, process budget modification requests with client. Support business development activities by creating proposal budgets, budget narratives, coordinating activities for proposal and grants. Work collaboratively with internal and external team members to resolve issues. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business
