Job Title: Project Architect (Retail- Core + shell)

100% remote

Job Description

Our team is looking to bring on a Project Architect to support one of our retail architecture clients. This PA will provide support in design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

Hard Skills

• Graduate of Architecture or design school

• 8+ years experience in commercial interior architecture, retail

• Experience in Core & Shell/Building envelope design

• Highly skilled in Revit (must have used consistently in past year)

• Degree in Architecture

• Extensive experience in exterior detailing

• Core + shell or ground-up project experience

• Experience in retail, storefront systems, exterior details, tenant improvement, and vendor coordination
