Providence St. Joseph Health Program Coordinator - Enhanced Onboarding in Seattle, Washington

Description Program Coordinator - Enhanced Onboarding - Swedish Medical Group (SMG) Administration Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Location: Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 6-8 in-person days per month in the Seattle area Job description: Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, the Program Coordinator implements and is accountable for facilitating SMG's Enhanced Onboarding program and future state hiring process enhancements. Responsible for delivering business value through effective coordination of services, this position is responsible for working with Talent Acquisition, the Enhanced Onboarding team, senior leaders, and Clinic leaders for both the hiring and onboarding processes. This position will be responsible for ensuring guidance in completing required education and training to maintain compliance with current standards and expectations of each role in the onboarding process. Finally, the Program Coordinator maintains and utilizes hiring and staffing metrics and analyzes results for constant quality improvement, which are implemented and tracked to ensure our clinics are staffed at optimal levels with the right people at the right time.
