Summary:

We continue to push the state-of-the-art with groundbreaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware that will help bring Wearables to millions of consumers. The Wearables Product Marketing Team is searching for a experienced marketer with proven go-to-market experience to focus on developing our next suite of products that have clear customer value and highly relevant use cases. This person will be responsible for influencing product development and leading go-to-market (GTM). The candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and hardware and/or software product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, effectively prioritize and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing Manager, Wearables Responsibilities:

  1. Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our portfolio strategy over a multi-year time horizon

  2. Define product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for SW experiences powered by Meta AI

  3. Lead market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the consumer point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of devices and experiences

  4. Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in user insights and market dynamics

  5. Lead the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the go to market strategy through end of life. Be the single point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership

  6. Design tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven approach to partnering with cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related work experience

  2. 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field

  3. Combination of strategic experiences and tactical execution

  4. Experience with consumer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy

  5. Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment

  6. Experience to craft clear and concise, emails, reports & documents for a diverse range of stakeholders

  7. Experience with products that are sold direct-to-consumer

  8. Quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with demonstrated business acumen

  9. Experience structuring and solving problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to action

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Masters’ degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline

  2. Experience in product marketing, developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams

  3. Experience in consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products sold in both the consumer and B2B channels

  4. Domain knowledge in wearable devices and AI

Public Compensation:

$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
