As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing initial customer service communication and supporting the procurement team in its daily operations to meet overall goals. Your tasks will include data entry, document management and coordination of procurement activities. Your organizational skills and high attention to detail will contribute to the efficient execution of procurement operations. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Process assigned purchase orders with suppliers to ensure product availability and on time delivery. Identify and communicate invoice discrepancies, in partnership with Accounts Payable, to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Assist in generating reports and analysis related to procurement operations, including data entry and document management. Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities to support the team in maintaining effective procurement workflows. The Procurement Coordinator role reports to Chester Curtis - Procurement Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business.
