Key job responsibilities

  • Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AWS Local Zones.

  • Innovative Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch groundbreaking products.

  • Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position AWS Local Zones as the leading solution for low-latency and data residency use cases.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience

  • 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience

  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or marketing

  • Experience delivering enterprise, infrastructure, products and services

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Experience managing complex projects across cross functional teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $163,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $281,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
