The UW MEDICAL CENTER EASTSIDE CLINICS has an outstanding opportunity for a FULL-TIME DAYS, PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST .
SCHEDULE Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
UW Medicine Eastside Specialty Center: World-class services delivered by expert UW Medicine physicians and providers. We’re located conveniently near you and in North Bellevue, with easy access to I-405 and 520. We added more specialties for a growing Eastside community.

Allergy and immunology
Audiology
Dermatology
Ear, nose & throat care
General surgery
Hepatology (liver)
Otolaryngology [ENT] - head and neck surgery
Physical therapy
Radiology and imaging
Rheumatology (connective tissue disease)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception and discharge activities
Scheduling appointments
Coordinating care with other services
Checking-in patients
Providing initial triage
Coordinating referral process
Coordinating medical records
Obtaining and verifying registration information/insurance
Processing charge documents
Collection of time-of-service payments
Perform other necessary activities to maintain clinic operations QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduation or equivalent AND one year of experience in a health care setting OR two years of general office experience OR equivalent education/experience.
