The UW MEDICAL CENTER MONTLAKE 6SA MED ONCOLOGY ICU has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist. WORK SCHEDULE

  • Part-time Evenings (80% FTE)

  • Wednesday and Thursday 3:00pm-10:30pm; Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3:00pm-9:30pm POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

  • Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

  • Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

  • Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery QUALIFILICATIONS

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND

  • One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
