The UW Medical Center Meridian Northwest Women's Clinic- Location has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Patient Services Specialist .

WORK SCHEDULE

• 800am-430pm

• Monday – Friday

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduation or equivalent AND

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
