Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. Manage the influencer's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications. Provide administrative support to the influencer and other team members. Assist in planning and coordinating events, such as product launches, promotional activities, and meet-and-greets. Support the influencer's social media activities by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and tracking engagement metrics. Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration from a U.S or accredited college.
