Date Posted: 7/02/24 Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Word Processor in our Seattle, WA office. What you will do: The mid-level Word Processor will support environmental professionals across all groups (Planning, Site Characterization Remediation, and Compliance) with office, project administration, and document production. Specific responsibilities include: Provide general office administrative support including filing, procurement, and coordinating shipping & events. Assist with project administration that includes electronic document production and tracking on MS Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat as well as hard copy production/shipping/filing. Provide editorial and formatting support for proposals, project reports, marketing materials, and other deliverables. Assist with writing and editing reports. Collaborate with team members to meet client quality and schedule goals. Support marketing and business development proposals including graphic support. What you will need: Associates degree or higher in management, business, or marketing preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience providing administrative assistant duties. Experience providing support in the consulting industry and/or producing technical documents strongly desired. Experience editing and preparing business or technical documentation preferred. Experience with accounting software a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience with tracking documents/deliveries in MS Excel a plus. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adhere to budgets. Attentive to detail, quality-focused, flexible, and deadline-oriented. Anticipated salary range is $25.84 an hour.
