* In this position you will: *
- Support grades 3-5 in Math via small group tutoring, and one-on-one tutoring at Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School (6725 45th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118)
- Assist teachers and other school staff with group instruction, classroom activities, and special projects
- Build valuable leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Develop professional relationships with faculty, staff, and TIPS administration
- Receive paid training on Race & Equity in Education, Culturally Responsive Teaching, Student Engagement & Management, creating Inclusive & Welcoming School Environments, Social Emotional Learning strategies, and more!
- Get paid $23/hour
- Accrue paid sick leave
* Schedule:*
- Start Date: October 7th, 2024
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
- 8:00am to 12:00pm
- 12 hours a week
