Description We are in search of a HR Recruiter to join our team, located in Seattle, Washington. This role will be focused on designing and executing candidate recruiting strategies, developing a sustainable talent acquisition process, and assessing applicant's skills and experience. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid and sustainable talent acquisition process and strategy.

• Design and implement customized recruiting strategies, including creating robust job postings for open positions.

• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and soft skills, and apply best-fit practices for placement.

• Conduct screening interviews both over the phone and in-person.

• Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.

• Generate monthly and annual hiring reports for senior management.

• Utilize human resources information systems (HRIS), specifically Paylocity.

• Comfortable making decisions independently.

• Maintain a high detail oriented ethical standard in a diverse workplace. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter

• Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services for HR functions

• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Familiar with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Ability to use Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes

• Should have CRM skills

• Experience with About Time software is required

• Must be proficient in using Applicant Track System

• Responsible for conducting Background Checks

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions is essential

• Strong Communication skills are a must

• Experience with Paylocity platform is a necessity
