What We DoWe are looking for an experienced People Analytics Data Scientist to join our team and partner with HR and leadership on advanced analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will build predictive models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations to drive strategic decisions. You will analyze large datasets related to HR, perform sample design, and recommend innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to implement tailored data science solutions. Build and validate quantitative models using advanced statistical techniques. Perform ad-hoc statistical analyses and exploratory data analysis. Create powerful data visualizations to resonate with stakeholders. Guide HR on report creation within Workday and collaborate on data standards and governance. Develop and present documentation of models and solutions. Mentor team members and share best practices in data science & analytics. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or I/O Psychology; Master's/PhD preferred. Proficiency in statistical modeling (e.g., Regression, Clustering, Time Series) and data mining methods. Experience with R, Python, SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools. Strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management capabilities. Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics tools advantageous. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization Experience in HR Analytics preferred Pay Range: $65,550- $109,225 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
