As a Health Industry Integrated Enterprise Functions Leader, your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Enterprise Function Integration

  • Develop and implement integrated strategies across enterprise functions (e.g., operations, finance, supply chain, HR, data analytics, and compliance) for healthcare clients, focusing on improving efficiency, compliance, and performance.

  • Lead assessments of client enterprise structures, identifying opportunities for integration, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Strategic Program Management

  • Oversee the management of large-scale, cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, balancing client needs with firm objectives.

  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure program success and client satisfaction.

  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure clients’ enterprise functions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., CMS, HIPAA) and industry standards, advising on regulatory updates and best practices.

  • Develop risk management frameworks for clients, supporting them in identifying and mitigating operational, compliance, and financial risks.

  • Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery in operations and back-office functions for healthcare clients.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve service quality, and support enterprise function integration across client organizations.

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on integrated enterprise functions, as represented by our clients CFOs, CHROs, CROs, CPOs and COOs.

  • Conduct regular progress updates, issue resolution, and performance evaluations with clients to ensure engagement success and client satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, consultants, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Provide professional development opportunities, coaching, and feedback to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with organizational goals.

  • Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Oversee the development of analytics frameworks and dashboards to measure performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making in back-office functions that include Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Revenue Cycle.

  • Present insights and recommendations to client leadership, leveraging analytics to enhance operational visibility and strategic alignment.

  • Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement

  • Stay current with healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to enterprise functions.

  • Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry presentations, positioning the firm as a leader in integrated operations and back-office consulting to our healthcare clients.

  • Travel

  • As needed, up to 80 - 100%

Here’s what you need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, Health Policy, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare consulting, or enterprise operations with a focus on payer and/or provider clients.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of addressing healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, with proven experience in regulatory adherence, risk management, and program auditing.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience working with or leading global teams.

  • Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Leadership experience, including team management and project oversight.

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
