Aerotek on behalf of its client is seeking a qualified groundskeeper. $23/hour + $2/hour fringe, total $25/hour. Hiring ASAP. Must have experience verifiable by references.

• Groundskeeper responsible for upkeep of the outdoor areas immediately surrounding 4 buildings in the North Cargo area at SEATAC Airport (Not within the restricted area): bushes, small trees, grass, picking up trash in the parking lots, basic repairs and painting on exteriors of buildings.

• Using a powered work cart to move tools and supplies around.

• All buildings are close together/walking distance, and there is a motorized cart for moving supplies. The tenants of the buildings are responsible for their own office spaces.

• Report to office in main building, consult daily and weekly checklists and projects.

Skills:

• Cleaning, tools, Housekeeping, Sweeping, Custodial, groundskeeper, landscaping

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of landscaping/groundskeeping related experience

• Must have experience using tools for basic home or building repair, or construction

• Must be eligible for SIDA badge (Port of Seattle check, compliant IDs)

• Must have valid Driver's License

• Must be able to walk up and down stairs to main office, and spend most of shift standing or walking, sometimes crouching for cleaning
