Additional Compensation Details: $26.00 - $28.00/hr Dependent on Experience Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure Responsibilities Schedule: 4am - 12:30pm or until job is complete (must be available to work weekends) Job Summary: Job responsibilites include but are not limited to; Supervising the processing team, meeting receipe specifications and building orders as determined by the processing allocation. Ensure safety and provide a safe, clean, and heathful work environment for self and other team members. Adhere to existing corporate policies and procedures in the Production Department. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for following all allergen procedures.Ensure audits and preventative maintenance schedules are performed to established procedures. Meet or exceed daily production requirements per product specifications as set by production planning. Coordinating daily tasks of the production/processing line. Completing any necessary paperwork/reports.Training new staff, Monitoring employee performances. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities in a timely fashion as requested. Reports directly to the Director of Operations. Food production supervisor should have strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of food safety regulations, and the ability to make strategic decisions Essential Functions: Reviews daily processing allocation and, in discussion with other processing team members, plans and prioritizes daily work schedule to meet daily production requirements. Alerts team members/leads to any special instructions and updates the team about any production add-ons. Ensure Production crew is processing food according to HACPP and GMP regulations. Oversee that crew is safely using equipment as necessary in preparation of food service items by providing training and appropriate PPE. Operate all functions of position alone and without assistance if necessary. Coordinates the start-of-shift with other leads to ensure that the team gets started in a timely fashion and that all GMP's are adhered to.
