As a team member in CSF, you will have broad visibility across Amazon departments and issues. We partner with Amazon Customer Service to assess opportunities, prioritize resourcing, and help the team nail its plan. We achieve this with robust financial controllership mechanisms, through model building and data analysis, by seeking an intimate knowledge of our business and key issues, and through leveraging each of our diverse experiences and backgrounds to uncover insights. With CSF you will have opportunities to interact with stakeholders at many levels all around the globe, deliver crisp and clear communication verbally and in writing, influence decision making, and apply your financial acumen to a wide variety of challenges. Key job responsibilities
· Interact with business team and provide them with analytical support to help them achieve cost reduction goals
· Help your business partners to articulate their initiatives in easy to consume information by other leaders
· Analyze trends, make projections to identify risks and opportunities
· Develop monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting for your perimeter
· Provide other finance teams with accurate data and insight full commentaries

· Show ability to quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers
· Demonstrate work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
· Perform financial analysis and financial modeling
· Convince management of right decisions based on proven analysis and clear communications
· Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics
Basic Qualifications
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)
5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, CS Insights and/or Cognos) and other financial systems (i.e. Oracle, Hyperion), providing solutions based on results of ad hoc analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making
Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and senior levels of management
Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment
Management experience with demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to take on new assignments
Have ability to build, manage and maintain models for problem solving, variance analysis, and forecasting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
