Description We are in the process of recruiting a Facilities Assistant for our operations based in Seattle, Washington. This role will involve an array of tasks including shipping, inventory management, office maintenance and HR support. As a Facilities Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, offering a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle outgoing shipments to ensure prompt deliveries

• Accurately receive and process incoming shipments

• Maintain organized records of inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels

• Monitor and replenish kitchen supplies, maintaining a clean and functional workspace

• Provide logistical support for various company initiatives including meetings, projects, and events

• Assist with the setup of computer hardware for new employees

• Deliver a warm and detail oriented welcome to guests and visitors

• Support the facilities and HR teams by assisting with various tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with About Time software

• Knowledge of managing conference rooms

• Background in construction will be advantageous

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to handle shipping & receiving tasks

• Familiarity with asset inventory management

• Experience in administrative office tasks

• Prior role as a Facilities Coordinator is preferred

• Strong skills in documentation management
