Seattle Colleges District Office is looking to hire an Executive Director of Corporate and Continuing Education in Workforce Development.
*Salary Range for this position is $110,478- $152,563 annually *(depending on experience)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Workforce Development, The Executive Director of Corporate and Continuing Education is a full-time, exempt, unrepresented position that leads and directs the work of the administrative unit across the Seattle Colleges district and is a member of the Workforce Education leadership team. This position provides guidance and leadership for Seattle Colleges that results in the establishment and management of strategic external partnerships leading to community and corporate training opportunities. The position leads and manages all Corporate and Continuing Education program financial and personnel resources to create a robust education and training program mix serving individuals, business, industry, government, and organizations, while representing and coordinating efforts on behalf of all Seattle Colleges. The Executive Director formulates institutional policy for the unit and leads all administrative functions of the department, including managing supervisory staff, faculty, consultants, and partner relationships. The position is responsible for the preparation and administration of budgets and ensures the financial integrity of the unit. This position will originate and support Corporate training opportunities and coordinate Continuing Education activities to provide a consistent, standardized approach to the customer experience, including contracts, pricing, and processes/procedures.
This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00am-5:00pm.
This position works a hybrid schedule of both remote and on-site work.
