The International Seller Services organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our International Seller Growth team in Seattle, Washington.

The International Seller Services team is dedicated to supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. Hundreds of millions of customers shop for products in Amazon’s store. Those products are sold by many sellers, including Amazon Retail and nearly 2 million small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that are our third-party selling partners. Today, products from SMBs account for more than half of everything sold in our store.

This role supports senior leaders who are part of a large central team supporting international seller growth through product, science, engineering and account management disciplines across multiple sites in the Americas and India.

Key job responsibilities

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. The role is global in nature requiring effective time zone coordination and cultural acumen to effectively work with global stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

• High school or equivalent diploma

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

• Strong analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an ambiguous environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
