Description
Amazon is seeking a curious and self-motivated professional to support our Vice President, Business Conduct & Ethics in Seattle, WA.
This role will report directly to the VP, Business Conduct & Ethics and provide administrative and organizational support, including scheduling and calendar management, team meeting support, event planning, expense reconciliation, and booking travel as needed. The role also will support the Business Conduct & Ethics and Legal Technologies teams on project-based matters related to internal and external-facing events, projects, and initiatives.
The position requires great attention to detail, writing/proofreading proficiency, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside of the company is important. You will demonstrate an ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
