Responsibilities: Participate in risk assurance advisory engagements, including internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) assistance, risk and maturity assessments, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Evaluate client companies' business processes and environments to identify the risk of accounting fraud and noncompliance with laws and regulations. Design risk assessments, data analytics analysis, annual audit plans, audit programs, testing approaches, working papers, and internal audit reports. Design Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) and Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) to mitigate financial statements risks. Test the design and effectiveness of ICOFR and internal controls.

[WORK SCHEDULE]{.underline}: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00am -- 5:00pm)

[JOB REQUIREMENTS]{.underline}: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or credentials deemed equivalent by a reputable credentials evaluation service to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Three (3) years of experience must include: Performing risk assessment procedures, developing audit programs, and evaluating accounting and disclosure requirements in accordance with auditing standards; U.S. GAAP; ICOFR; COSO framework; RCM; and Sarbanes-Oxley.
