How you will make an impact: We are looking for a Product leader who has experience with, and a passion for: overcoming data fragmentation, democratizing data access and building data-based products. In this role, you will define a data product strategy for the Adswizz Platform, considering our direct customers, as well as, our internal analytics and engineering teams. You and your team will be collaborating with technical partners to develop data models that enable consistent, stable and robust outcomes across our ecosystem. This leadership role will guide and manage a team of product managers who are based throughout the EU and US. Your leadership will foster a unified product vision as you work closely with senior Technology leaders to mesh product strategy with organizational goals to shape the audio advertising space. Success hinges on market influence and revenue growth, alongside fostering team development and satisfaction. What you'll do: Develop and oversee an expansive advertising product roadmap, blending data initiatives across SiriusXM Media and AdsWizz platforms Collaborate with the platform, data science and engineering teams to Define, organize and store what data we collect and capture Develop the right data assessment framework, governance & privacy processes; ensuring the proper compliance is met across different data products.
