Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Seattle, Washington. This role is pivotal in our organization, focusing on providing deskside and AV support, ensuring efficient customer service, and maintaining and developing our technological infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective deskside support, resolving any issues with the computer hardware and software promptly and accurately.

• Provide AV support, assisting with the setup and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment.

• Leverage your skills in Android Development to enhance our systems and applications.

• Utilize Cisco Technologies to maintain and improve our network infrastructure.

• Implement Citrix Technologies to facilitate remote work and improve our virtual desktop infrastructure.

• Work with Dell Technologies to manage our hardware and software solutions.

• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access rights in our network.

• Ensure data security and integrity with Backup Technologies.

• Perform Configuration Management to maintain system security and performance.

• Support the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows in our organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is required.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is essential.

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is necessary.

• Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware is required.

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is crucial.

• Experience with Active Directory is needed.

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is essential.

• Understanding of Configuration Management is required.
