CRAFT3 Data & Reporting Lead in Seattle, Washington

Our Data and Reporting team plays a critical role in this work by timely and accurately communicating with Craft3's internal and external stakeholders to comply with our contractual requirements and advance our mission. As a Data and Reporting Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of internal and external reports. You will focus on client impact outcome data and support organizational decision-making through high-quality, actionable insights. You will uphold data hygiene and quality standards and are responsible for the documentation, coordination and completion of all contractual reporting obligations related to our funding contracts. You will work with funders, grantors, and business unit leads across the organization.

Your responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities you'll take on are: Reporting and Funder Compliance Administration

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive client impact/outcome data reports and templates.
  • Monitor data quality and hygiene through regular checks and audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of datasets in partnership with the data owners.
  • Manage documentation, coordination, and timely completion of all contractual reporting obligations (including narratives) pertaining to our funding contracts. Notify appropriate staff of reporting timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor funder and Private Placement Officer (PPO) compliance; communicate changes in status to the award owner/funder; assist as needed to bring the award back to compliance or complete other required reports or statements.
  • Assist Compliance Manager and Finance with internal and external audit activities as needed.
  • Assist or provide guidance on ad hoc reporting or compliance requests and grant and loan related issues and inquiries.

Reporting Systems

  • Onboard all new awards; ensure integrity of data entry, covenant reporting, and payment schedules.
  • Maintain, develop, and improve Data and Reporting-owned databases, files, and platforms to ensure integrity, relevance, and procedural compliance.

Corporate Compliance Administration

  • Monitor and Administer filing of all Craft3 and subsidiary federal, state, and local governmental licensing, regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements; communicate changes in status to the owner; assist as needed to bring back to compliance.
