Slalom LLC Data Design Specialist in Seattle, Washington

Our teams include Information Technology, Legal, Information Security & Governance, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Accounting, People, and our Executive Office. What You'll Do * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute personalized, customer-first campaigns and events that drive brand engagement and pipeline growth. * Support the planning and execution of external events (virtual and in-person), working closely with alliance, industry, and sales teams to create impactful marketing programs. * Assist in developing internal communications and materials, such as campaign overviews, enablement presentations, and results summaries, to enhance stakeholder awareness and engagement. * Contribute to Data Storytelling for Elevated Customer Experience (ECX) programs, partnering with senior leaders to develop client-facing materials, such as the Q1 Sourcebook. * Work with the Data Design team to help program manage the development of the Slalom Data Design Language System, contributing to design definitions and signature content creation. * Assist in data management tasks for data dashboards, including gathering requirements, sourcing data, validating data, and creating specifications. * Contribute to the creation of a new Slalom Style Guide, with a focus on data design, ensuring consistency and clarity in visual and data-related content. What You'll Bring * Adaptable self-starter who is eager to learn and grow their marketing skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. * Passion for creating and implementing memorable customer experiences, we love ideas that are outside of the box! * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to manage a vast array of information and create structure in ambiguous environments. * Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a variety of internal and external audiences. * An influential communicator who can motivate stakeholders to act. * Ability to interact and build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization in a professional manner. * Proven ability to set priorities and work independently and collaboratively across teams. * Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Microsoft O365, and Social Media tools.
