We are seeking a Controls SBS Project Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for delivering successful HVAC controls, Smart Buildings, and energy-related projects. This role involves overseeing all phases of assigned projects, from initial scoping to final owner acceptance. You will manage and confirm tasks such as work scoping, estimating, scheduling, site visits, commissioning, performance verification, project closeout, and securing owner approval. You will ensure accurate forecasting, manage budgets, and secure utility incentives for assigned projects. You will direct and collaborate with engineers, system technicians, electricians, administrative assistants, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Technical and Sales Expertise Provide technical support for the sale of building controls, Smart Building Technologies, energy, and commissioning projects. Seamless Project Coordination Oversee on-site coordination with internal teams, utility companies, general contractors, subcontractors (including SaaS providers), and other trades to guarantee smooth project execution.
