Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. Contracts Analyst (Temporary-Full-Time) - PINKERTONR5265 in Seattle, Washington

The Contracts Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will support the Contracts Manager with two key workstreams including the import of major Corporate Security non-guardforce vendor contracts into the contracts module and start-to-finish contract processing. This role is critical to strengthen the contracts module's reporting and auditing functionality as well as minimizing operationally impactful delays in the contract process. This temporary full-time position is a 3 month assignment, which may be longer or shorter based on business needs. Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Review and track contracts in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  3. Collect and import all work orders for Corporate Security's top ten non-guardforce vendors into the contracts module.
  4. Support the Contracts Management team in achieving targeted 30-day average contract turnaround.
  5. Collaborate with Corporate Security and the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract-related activities are effectively communicated and completed accurately.
  6. Explore and adopt requirement changes to accommodate the contract project needs.
  7. Proactively provide updates and statuses on contract-related tasks to the Contracts Manager.
  8. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree with two to four years of paralegal, law firm, contract management, and/or legal department experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Competencies:

Salary & Benefits Information: Rate of pay: $35.00 - $40.00 /hour.
