We are seeking a Content Manager/Lead to take ownership of our content strategy, overseeing the creation and management of high-quality content across both internal and external channels. This role calls for a strategic thinker who excels at storytelling, has strong project management skills, and thrives in collaboration across departments to source, organize, and deliver compelling brand narratives. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Content Strategy Development Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with overarching business and marketing objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful narrative across all channels. Creative Production Lead the creation of diverse content formats, including video, audio, web, graphic design, and written materials, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across platforms. Team Leadership Build and mentor a high-performing content team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a culture of continuous improvement. Project Management Effectively manage multiple content projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to strategic goals, and smooth execution across initiatives. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to meet their content needs and align efforts with the company's overall brand strategy.
